PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We strive to insure that the outdoor furniture products listed are available for order. If for some reason an item is not available, we will notify you within 5 days, and you will have the option of waiting for the item or canceling your order.
SHIPPING
Free shipping, if and when offered, only applies to items shipped within continental US. During a Free Shipping promotion, if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, a shipping charge will apply. Please email us for a shipping quote.
At all other times, shipping and handling costs are calculated based on weight and destination.
Your order will be processed within 48 hours. Once it's processed, your order typically will be shipped UPS Ground. At times, however, a substitute carrier may be used to help contain costs. Delivery will take between 5-10 business days.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Our furniture is packaged with the utmost care, but if a shipment arrives with noticeable damage, please follow these instructions:
1) Refuse the delivery, noting that your package is damaged in the delivery ticket.
2) Email or phone us immediately.
3) If you accept delivery and then open the package and find it damaged, save all original packaging and notify us within 5 days by email or telephone. If the original packaging is discarded, or if you send back the order without contacting us for a return authorization number, the replacement claim will be null and void, and a refund for the damaged item will not be issued.
RETURNS
We offer a 20-day, no-risk guarantee. If within 20 days of receiving your furniture you are not completely satisfied, you may return the products for a refund of your original purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Returns must be requested within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. Please keep all original instruction sheets, hardware packets (nuts, bolts, etc), and packaging.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
